licensed Health Counselor, it is my job to give you the
tools to create balance in your life. YOU are a unique

and delve into “Primary Food”. While this food does not
come on a plate, it is what truly satiates our hunger for
living. Primary Food consists of 4 things: Open and honest
Relationships, A Satisfying Career,
Spirituality
and Physical Activity.
I
encourage you to take a quick inventory of your Primary
Food. Are you in supportive relationships that are feeding
you positive energy? Does the work you spend most of your
day in excite and challenge you? Are you connected to
something greater outside of yourself and are you able to
tap into this connection daily? Finally, do you have a
movement routine that you enjoy, that energizes you?
